A Gentle Autumn Start

Pumpkin, turnips, leeks, cabbage, white celery, kale, horseradish, swiss chard, fennel, topinambour, herring, codfish, blueberries, apples, pears, pomegranate persimmon. Chestnuts the perfect ambassador for these ingredients. 

To me, a pinch of essiccated pachino tomatoes, curcuma, paprika, grated ginger, onion leaves and black pepper to add some twist, or an assorted dried bunch (sage, thyme, marjoram, parsley, mint, citron, plum, dried figs) to step into the woods.
