Sunday detox

These days Milan hosted another fantastic edition of the Salone del Mobile exhibition. To me it is a great occasion to
meet friends coming from wherever and spend time together (thank you all for being here!). This means food, wine and a lot of chats, projects for the future and sweet memories. This morning I realized I was in need of a detox break after these intense days, so had a slow squeezed juice (apple, carrot, orange, kiwi, beetroot, ginger, lime, celery, an explosion of phytonutrients) and a fresh radish, cucumber, daikon, trawberries salad (with tamari, apple vinegar, umeboshi, sesame oil dressing and a fresh mint, basil, parsley, chervil, hazelnuts pesto) with glazed tofu (honey, wasabi paste, scallion)…you see the pic as I was still in the making!
