As there’s a bunch of incredible Italian chefs who come from places unknown to the most, my personal challenge for the day is to talk about an epic challenge… but this is just the edge of the iceberg, as I’ll have some more of the kind to talk about…
When you say Marche, though less known than worldwide-blessed Tuscany, you range from sea to mountains ingredients: dishes have a straight feature where gentle hands add the magic touch for an unforgettable experience.
Senigallia – a charming pearl in the Marche landscape – hosts the ungenerous contest between Uliassi and Cedroni. They work and live a few meters away one from the other. They should face each other to conquest no less than Paris, London, Barcelona, Tokyo, Dubai, NY, Sidney or other comparable arenas in the food universe!
